Welcome to Our process page

While there are many maple syrup producers out there, Goshen Gold's syrup is renowned for its high quality and superior taste because of their meticulous attention to detail in every step of the production process, from tapping the trees to bottling the finished product.

Our Process

Extraction

Firstly We extract the sap from qualifying maple trees late winter and early spring. This sap is then put in large containers.

Boiling

We then boil the sap down to 219 degrees Fahrenheit to remove any excess water and concentrate the sugar content.

Filtering and bottling

The boiled sap is then filtered, and the resulting liquid is bottled and sold as maple syrup.
